| Arts Council England is the national development agency for the arts, and their funding programme Grants for the Arts supports everything from large scale theatre productions to individuals to make great art. But how does it work, who can apply and how do you give your application the best chance of success? Claire Symonds, assistant theatre officer at Arts Council England, North West, will be at Theatre by the Lake on 29th October to shed some light on the application process and answer any questions you might have.
